Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using GetAIPhotoEditor (the "service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service and our Acceptable Use Policy. If you do not agree, please do not use the service.

Description of Service

We provide an AI-powered photo editing and image generation platform, including tools such as AI Photo Editor, Object Remover, Background Changer, and Photo Enhancer. Edits are powered by Nano Banana (Google Gemini image model) via Replicate or fal.ai. We may modify, suspend, or discontinue any part of the service at any time, with reasonable notice where possible.

User Accounts

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activities under your account. Notify us immediately of any unauthorized use or security breach.

Content Standards and Prohibited Categories

Because the service generates and edits images, you must not use it to create, upload for the purpose of creating, or distribute content in any of the following categories:

1. Sexual / NSFW content
2. Violence / gore
3. Hate speech
4. Child-unsafe content (CSAM) — zero tolerance for any sexual or exploitative content involving minors
5. Deepfakes / impersonation — non-consensual use of someone’s likeness or voice
6. Copyright / trademark infringement

You may only upload photos you own or have permission to use. Full definitions, enforcement rules, reporting channels, and moderation process are set out in our Acceptable Use Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms by reference.

Acceptable Use

In addition to the content standards above, you agree not to:

• Violate any applicable laws or regulations.
• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to our systems or data.
• Interfere with or disrupt the integrity or performance of the service.
• Use the service to send spam, malware, or other harmful content.
• Attempt to bypass safety filters or rate limits.

Reporting and moderation

To report violating content or misuse, email support@getaiphotoeditor.com with the creation ID or URL (if available), a description of the issue, and any supporting evidence. We review reports manually, prioritize critical child-safety and illegal-content cases, and may remove content, warn users, suspend or terminate accounts, and notify authorities when required. Payment and Billing

Paid features (such as credit packs) are billed in advance. You are responsible for providing accurate billing information. Refunds are handled on a case-by-case basis in line with our refund practices and applicable law.

Intellectual Property

The service and its original content, features, and functionality are owned by us and are protected by international copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws. Subject to these Terms and the Acceptable Use Policy, you retain rights in your original uploads; you are responsible for ensuring you have the rights needed to upload and edit them.

AI outputs

Outputs are AI-generated or AI-edited and may contain errors or unintended changes. You are responsible for reviewing results before using or publishing them. We do not guarantee that outputs are unique, accurate, or free of third-party rights claims.

Termination

We may suspend or terminate your access to the service at any time if you violate these Terms or the Acceptable Use Policy. You may close your account at any time through your account settings.

Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, we shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of your use of or inability to use the service.

Changes to These Terms

We may modify these Terms at any time. We will notify users of any material changes by updating the date at the top of this page and, where appropriate, sending a notice through the service.
